When participants are spread across different tables, you can communicate with them without having to move. The Announcement feature **** lets you send a pop-up to all participants to inform them of the time remaining, a table change, a new instruction, or even a clue, for example in an escape game.
Click on the megaphone ( Announcement) icon in the right-hand sidebar ➜ write your message ➜ click Send.

By creating a sequence, you can set up several Announcements in advance for each step of your sequence and launch them with a single click on the day of your session.
